Rolls-Royce is one of the world’s most important manufacturers. It pioneers the technology across aviation, defence, and civil nuclear.
It was good to visit again Rolls-Royce Submarines at Raynesway. This is where state of the art nuclear reactors are produced for the Royal Navy’s submarine fleet.

This technology is now being applied to Rolls-Royce’s program of small modular reactors and advanced modular reactors.

These new technologies are key to meeting our net-zero targets, and also guaranteeing Britain’s energy security.
