I recently took the Strutt Around the Mill tour run by the Belper North Mill Trust volunteers – who won an award this year at the East Midlands Tourism Awards.
It was really insightful, and I learned a lot more about the history of the Mills in incredible depth. You can do the tour too. It’s on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 11am and 1.30pm – and only costs £7.50 for adults, which is a bargain.
